100% Cotton Khadi Denim fabric with selvedge, approx. 9 oz / sq yard (300 GSM), most suitable for making khadi denim selvedge cut jeans, jackets, coats, shorts, capris, dresses, kimonos, trousers, and much more. Width of the fabric is approx 40 inches (100 cm).
Warp and weft, both are used undyed, in natural color of cotton. The fabric can be dyed in any desired color.
Soft hand-feel, rich texture and a deep dark color make this fabric stand apart.
Completely artisanal product, it can also be made using organic cotton yarn, on special requests.

Eco-friendly, Selvedge Denim, 40 inches (approx. 1 meter) width, woven by master crafts-person on traditional wooden frame hand operated looms, without using electricity.
The fabric is very suitable for making jeans, jackets, pyjama, shorts, capri, etc.
The texture of the fabric speaks for itself, and at the same time, it is very comfortable for the wearer. The natural glow of the fabric makes it stand out in even huge crowds.
Production Process
The fabic is made very slowly, just a couple of meters in an entire day. The yarn used for weaving khadi denim is hand-spun and has natural slubs which impart the magnificent 3-D texture to the fabric.
Composition
This handwoven denim fabric is made from 100% cotton hand-spun yarn. The count of yarn in both warp and weft is approximately equivalent to 10s. The warp (length-wise) and weft (width-wise) yarns used, both are un-dyed to retain the natural color of cotton.
Fabric Weight
This is a medium weight fabric, weighing approximately 300 GSM (9 oz per sq yard).
